About Me

Elizabeth Cremean

Hello and welcome! I've always had a deep-seated passion for helping others on their personal journeys. My path to becoming a certified life coach is a testament to the transformative power of self-discovery and personal growth.

While I have a diverse background in mental health administration, education, ministry, and some dabbling in IT, it's been mostly as a mother to five, now grown, children where I've come to understand the intricate balance between nurturing responsibilities and nurturing one's dreams. It was in the midst of raising my children that my interest in counseling and the helping professions first emerged.

This journey of exploration led me to the field of life coaching, where I found the perfect fit for my innate ability to listen to people's stories and ask the engaging questions that uncover their deepest desires and potential. I firmly believe that every individual has been created with intrinsic value and the capacity to do good in this world.

My coaching approach is built upon a core belief that everyone matters, and that it all begins with learning about who you are. Through our journey together, we will explore how you matter, not only to yourself but to the broader world. My work has helped individuals who've felt stuck gain the confidence, direction, and accountability to achieve their goals. I've witnessed firsthand the transformative potential that increased self-awareness can unlock.

I rarely use social media, valuing personal connections more. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and gardening. I derive a great deal of satisfaction from nurturing my plants and watching them grow. Furthermore, I am a firm believer in the importance of establishing good boundaries. Setting appropriate boundaries is an essential aspect of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as it allows us to define our personal space and manage our relationships in a way that respects our wellbeing.
